Participant Hicham gives insights about his voluntary work

On the platform Volunteer Capital Berlin, our participant Hicham reports on his experiences in volunteering. He became involved in volunteering at an early age: first at the retirement home, then at the Young Islam Conference. Hicham also reports on his participation at DialoguePerspectives: “Volunteering makes us realized that we have the same aim, and therefore we become more accepting and empathetic. We embrace different worldviews as well as accept people for who they are and build a strong community.”

˝Some wise person once wrote “The whole entire world is a very narrow bridge and the main thing is to have no fear at all.” I feel that thanks to DialoguePerspectives the world is becoming a network of interconnected bridges that we are building between each other together. Beautiful bridges thanks to which we can try to create a world together, a world free from prejudices and fear.
