Dr. Christine Schwöbel-Patel

Christine Schwöbel-Patel ist Senior Lecturer an der School of Law and Social Justice, University of Liverpool. Dort ist sie Co-Director des Critical Approaches to International Criminal Law Research Clusters. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Globales Verfassungsrechts, Global Governance, Internationales Recht, Internationales Strafrecht, Menschenrechte und Critical Pedagogy. Diese Gebiete untersucht sie aus der Perspektive von kritischen Theorien. Sie ist Verfasserin u.a. von Global Constitutionalism in International Legal Perspective (Martinus Nijhoff 2011) und Herausgeberin von Critical Approaches to International Criminal Law. An Introduction (Routledge 2014). 2014 war Dr. Schwöbel-Patel Trägerin des Outstanding Early Career Researcher Preises der University of Liverpool.
